Last updated: 2026. This Service and Warranty Policy governs all transactions, account handovers, and growth services provided by AR Digital Agency.

1. Account Transfer & OGE Handover

All digital accounts (monetized YouTube channels, TikTok Creator Rewards profiles, aged social assets) are delivered with their Original Creator Email (OGE) credentials unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Upon handover, the buyer assumes full administrative responsibility for securing the asset by updating recovery phone numbers, backup emails, and 2-Factor Authentication (2FA).

2. 48-Hour Technical Replacement Warranty

AR Digital Agency provides a 48-hour replacement warranty covering:

• Invalid or mismatched login credentials upon initial handover.
• Discrepancies in subscriber/follower count exceeding standard 5% fluctuation.
• Monetization status differences from the verified proof provided prior to purchase.

The warranty does not cover suspensions or policy violations resulting from client-uploaded content, aggressive IP switching, or violation of respective platform community guidelines post-handover.

3. Payment & Settlement Terms

All transactions are conducted via verified Binance Pay, USDT (TRC-20 / BEP-20), or verified Escrow services (e.g. Swapd). Delivery is initiated immediately upon payment confirmation, typically completing within 15–30 minutes.

4. Growth & SMM Services Delivery

SMM packages (subscribers, followers, views, likes) begin processing within 1–6 hours of order placement. Retention guarantees apply as stated per package level.
